  • No. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on skill-building, systems, and forward movement. Many clients find coaching especially helpful alongside therapy and I can refer you to an excellent therapist if that’s something you need.

  • All coaching sessions are conducted virtually.
